These Crockpot carnitas are made in the slow cooker for a super easy paleo or Whole30 dinner. Pork loin or tenderloin makes these Crockpot carnitas a budget-friendly, healthy Mexican recipe, and they’re so full of flavor! Used in my Whole30 carnitas chilaquiles recipe, as well as my copycat Chipotle carnitas bowl

This was the single-most DELICIOUS dish I've ever made or even had in a restaurant!! Unbelievable flavor!! Such a winner and definitely going into my regular recipe rotation!!! Soooooooo good!!!
Made this yesterday. Super easy but I feel like I'll need to tweak it next time. Too much orange for my taste so I would probably only use 1/2 and then replace the rest of the liquid with stock/broth. Then finish with cilantro. Love that it's Whole 30 compliant though!
Excellent. Love this recipe. I've made it three times. Crisped the meat under the broiler instead of pan. Served in lettuce wraps, yummy.
